Description Whitfield Community Childcare Centre is a special setting where a maximum of 15 children up to 6 years old gather for learning, fun, and connecting. We are now looking for a caring and experienced Centre Director to join the team. You will be an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator who can lead the day to day operations as the Nominated Supervisor. As well as being able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and policy you will have the following: • Qualification in Early Childhood Education (minimum Diploma) or working towards. • A commitment to delivering high quality care that will align to the National Quality Standards. • Ability to work within a team environment and towards the Centre’s values, policies and procedures • Current Working with Children Check. • First Aid Certification including Anaphylaxis, Asthma & CPR For a position description and enquires contact [email protected] or Nikki Hartrey on 0408 195 975. Qualifications The role: You will lead the daily program as the Nominated Supervisor at our small rural centre. As well as holding Early Childhood Education (minimum Diploma) qualifications you will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of relevant legislation you will have a strong commitment to delivering great outcomes for our children. The person: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic educator who is a supportive supervisor and works well in a small team environment. You'll be a great communicator who loves working with children and families and can display strong organisational skills.
