ELAA has developed a Capability Assessment Support Service to assist committee’s/managers determine if an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) meets the criteria to be successful in their application. ELAA’s can provide up to two hours of support to your Capability Assessment Panel.
WE will give you access to an ELAA team member with expertise in early childhood to attend your panel and participate in discussions with your committee/management. Our expert can assist with the creation of questions that will encourage your ECT to reflect on their pedagogical expertise or fill gaps in the panel’s understanding of the ECT’s knowledge and performance.
