18 AugELAA members shine at the Education State Forum
ELAA was pleased to attend the Education State Early Childhood Forum last Thursday.
The one day forum provided an opportunity to hear from Minister Stitt and the Victorian Department of Education and Training about the ambitious reform agenda Best Start Best Life.
It was also fantastic to hear from a range of ELAA members engaging in leading practice across workforce, quality and participation and to meet people in person for the first time. The forum provided a shared space to discuss our ambition for the sector over the next ten years.
Whilst recognising the enormity of the reforms, the day provided the opportunity to celebrate the strengths of the sector, and to reflect upon the immense opportunity to support children’s development through 30 hours of quality play based learning.
