Do you have an employee management and development process being implemented at your service?
Do you find the process effective in supporting your early childhood teachers and educators to become the best that they can be?
ELAA, in partnership with The Victorian Department of Education updated the Employee Management and Development Resource (EMD) which is also a recommended resource on ACECQA’s website under Quality Area 7.
To support you with using this resource, ELAA’s live webinar on the 3 August 2022 will provide Committees of Management, Center Directors, Nominated Supervisors and Educational Leaders with support to implement the resource.
The 1.5 hour session will discuss the concept of the EMD, the responsibilities of the employer and employee, as well as how to use Tool 3.1 which includes a list of performance indicators and tool 3.2 which is the Performance Development Plan and Evaluation record.
This will be an interactive session with an opportunity for questions to be responded to live.
