17 AprGovernance training
ELAA’s Member Solutions team offer shorter interactive governance training sessions where members can actively contribute to discussions on specific topics, allowing for a more in-depth exploration on issues and practice. We also provide extended governance sessions offering a comprehensive overview each topics.
In term 2 we are hosting three information sessions:
- Financial Management: 9 May
- Employee Management & Development resource session: 29 May
- Program and timetable models: 20 June
We have worked in partnership with the Victorian Department of Education to produce a suite of free short educational video resources to support approved providers in managing their early childhood service. These videos provide a great introduction to governance topics and complement our live governance training sessions and online self-paced modules.
