16 MarGovernance Training – Financial Management
Do you handle finances as a treasurer on the Committee of Management? Are you a bookkeeper for an early childhood service? If so, we invite you to attend our Financial Management training session, presented by ELAA in partnership with the Victorian Department of Education.
This training session will provide you with a better understanding of healthy financial management. Our live webinar will cover crucial topics such as the legal framework for incorporated associations, the roles and responsibilities of the treasurer and finance subcommittee, financial management of early childhood services, and future planning, including budget preparation.
About our presenters
ELAA’s Member Solutions team bring specialist skills and extensive experience to these sessions. With background in management of early childhood services, industrial relations, human resource and early childhood teaching, they understand the challenges that committees of management face.
