15 NovVEYLDF review opportunity
Following the recent release of the Early Years Learning Framework 2.0 and the Victorian Government’s recent Best Start Best Life commitments in the early years, the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA), in partnership with the Victorian Department of Education and other stakeholders, is leading a revision of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
The revision will make sure the VEYLDF continues to reflect current research and best practice to support all Victorian early childhood professionals in their work with children and families.
The VCAA invites early childhood professionals to contribute to the revision and share ideas on how the VEYLDF can be improved.
If you would like to participate in one of the VCAA focus groups running in Term 1 2024, please complete THIS FORM by 1 December 2023.
Where your participation is supported by staffing backfill, payment contribution may be provided. Please note participation is entirely voluntary. If you would like to know more about your eligibility for payment contribution to staffing backfill, please email veyldf@education.vic.gov.au.
