As an approved provider of early childhood services, you need to ensure that you have the processes in place to look after the physical and mental safety of your staff.
In this OHS seminar we tackle how to keep staff safe from hazards and how to support their psychological wellbeing. It doesn’t have to be complicated, and we will let you know which resources to use and how to make OHS a part of your everyday work.
This tailored session is for the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector and is fast becoming one of the most sought after ECEC sessions on the training calendar so we encourage early registration for 26 March.
We will also explore ACECQA’s Risk Assessment and Management Tool and how this can be included in your OHS processes.

Presenters: Zora Marko (ELAA) and Emma Morgan (Recovre)
About the presenters
Zora Marko is the Road Safety Education Project Manager and OHS Coordinator at ELAA and is a passionate advocate for children’s safety. Zora is a representative on a number of national and state safety groups and her expertise in the child safety space is highly valued. Zora is also the coordinator of the Early Childhood OH&S Champions project funded by Worksafe.
Emma Morgan is an Occupational Therapist at Recovre who manages a national OHS training and consulting team. Emma has worked extensively with a wide range of customers and industries to address a range of health, safety and wellbeing matters, including manual handling, ergonomics and mental health risk.
