30 JanJoin us for committee governance training: ‘Starting from the Beginning’
Join us for a thorough exploration of the functions and duties of a Committee of Management.
This free session will include a comprehensive overview of committee roles and responsibilities, including your role as:
- a committee member of an incorporated association,
- an Approved Provider and a provider of funded early childhood services,
- the employer managing and recruiting staff in your early childhood service.
This session will also include a brief overview to support you in understanding alternative governance structures such as Early Years Management (EYM).
Presenters
ELAA’s Member Solutions team brings specialist skills and extensive experience to these sessions. Our team have backgrounds in the management of early childhood services, industrial relations, human resources, and early childhood teaching.
Presented by ELAA in partnership with the Victorian Department of Education.
