Advice – subscribe to an IR Advisory Subscription
Members can access tailored industrial relations (IR) advice with the purchase of an annual IR advisory subscription.
An IR advisory subscription provides community, council, school and associate members with advice on:
- interpretation of enterprise agreements and awards (including the VECTEA)
- industrial legislation (workplace relations)
- management of staff
- recruitment (letters of employment, classification of staff, pay rates etc.)
- timetabling and rostering
- performance reviews
- disciplinary procedure.
