In Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC), policies and procedures play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children. From emergency procedures to health and hygiene policies, having up-to-date guidelines in place is essential for maintaining a high standard of care.
One of the primary benefits of having up-to-date policies and procedures is that it helps to ensure everyone involved in educating and caring for children is on the same page.
