04 JunCongratulations Patrick – our first ever conference poster competition winner!
At this year’s Early Childhood Education Conference we decided to trial a poster competition and were pleasantly surprised with the results. We had 14 entries and a steady stream of visitors to the poster exhibition over the two days of the Conference. Poster authors were in attendance to ‘talk to’ their work which created a great bit of added value for conference delegates.
Delegates were also given the opportunity to vote for their favourite poster. The votes have been counted and (imaginary drum roll please) the winner is … Patrick Taylor from Gowrie Clare Court with his poster titled ‘STEM in a multi-age setting’. Congratulations Patrick on being our first ever poster competition winner and we hope your service benefits from the prize -a $400 Bellbird Educational voucher (thanks Bellbird – you are an awesome supporter!).
For those who couldn’t attend the conference or those delegates who didn’t get around to visiting the poster exhibition, we will soon publish all the posters on the 2019 Conference website.
