ELAA would like to acknowledge the achievement of professional excellence by Gowrie Victoria Broadmeadows Valley (GVBV), a long day care service managed by ELAA member, Gowrie Victoria. The service is the fourteenth Victorian education and care service to be awarded the Excellent rating, and the second service under the revised National Quality Standard (NQS).
