18 NovCRT teachers – help VIT to help you

Posted on 18 Nov 2019

If you are a casual relief, relieving, emergency or relief teacher you can help the Victorian Institute of Teaching to support you by completing a survey about your professional needs.

The VIT recognises that CRTs need support and recognition of their specific needs and have created VIT CRT Support. In partnership with the Department of Education and Training and the Teacher Learning Network, VIT CRT Support aims to provide resources and information specifically tailored to CRT professional learning and registration needs, such as presentations through agencies and CRT networks, webinars, and answers to CRT frequently asked questions.

To make VIT CRT Support as effective as possible, the VIT is asking CRTs to complete a survey about their professional learning needs. The information will help VIT to better support CRTs in meeting and maintaining registration requirements.
