Did you know that child care providers have a range of obligations under Family Assistance Law? Most providers comply with the law and do the right thing. Those that don’t may get an infringement from the Department of Education, Skills and Employment. An infringement is a fine, like a parking ticket. They help providers avoid more severe penalties.
