Welcome to Term 4. We have some key events coming up this Term starting with our member COVID-19 ECEC sector vaccination Forum on Tuesday, 12 October at 7pm. I encourage members to attend this important employer advisory about your obligations to employees under the Victorian Public Health Order. CLICK HERE for full details about the Forum.
We also have our Annual General Meeting on November 18. Due to COVID-19 we are, once again, delivering this event online. We’ll have a number of interesting speakers talking about ELAA’s 30-year history, we’ll update you about our exciting plans for the future, there will be give away prizes, and we’ll be announcing the winner of this year’s McArthur Early Childhood Volunteer of the Year Award. I also want to remind you that it’s World Mental Health Day this Sunday (10 Oct). So a big shout out to all the Early Childhood Education and Care workforce and providers to say what a magnificent job you’ve done throughout the pandemic and to take a moment to consider your own mental health.
