To assist us with meeting our members’ needs more quickly and directly, ELAA has implemented a new caller direction service when you call us on 03 9489 3500

When you call, you will be asked to indicate which part of ELAA you want to speak to by pressing one of the following options:

• press 1 or email memberservices@elaa.org.au for information or advice on human resources, payroll, industrial relations, current regulations, or policy and service provision matters
• press 2 or email rse@elaa.org.au for enquiries about ELAA’s road safety program or training, or a workplace safety question
• press 3 to register for ELAA’s professional learning program or conference, or for consultancy or governance support in your service
• press 4 or email memberships@elaa.org.au to find out more about the benefits of membership, or to apply for or renew your membership
• press 5 if you have a media question, or want to talk about ELAA’s advocacy work
• press 6 if you are a business that supplies products and services to the early childhood sector and would like to know more about how ELAA can grow your business
• press 7 for all other enquiries
