The National Quality Framework (NQF) is being reviewed over the next two years to see what areas of the NQF can still be improved, including the National Law and National Regulations and ELAA would like your feedback.
The first consultation phase of the review runs until July. An Issues Paper to guide this first phase considers:
- approvals
- operations
- public awareness of service quality
- compliance and enforcement.
ELAA will be providing a submission to the first stage of the review. We are interested in your views about how regulatory authorities can support Approved Providers to sustain and grow quality services.
