Down Syndrome Victoria’s Education Support Service (ESS) is a classroom- based service supporting teachers with practical assistance and resources including working with kindergartens and schools to ensure a smooth transition and a successful start to the Foundation year.The service aims to improve learning outcomes for students with Down syndrome and their classmates and promote inclusion.
