05 AprFunding now available for services to support full registration of provisional teachers
Funding is available for early childhood services to support their provisionally registered early childhood teachers to achieve full teacher registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. This includes any provisionally registered casual relief teachers your services regularly contract.
Over the coming weeks, the Victorian Department of Education and Training will contact Early Years Managers and services who recently identified through the Kindergarten Information Management annual confirmation process that they employ a provisionally registered teacher that intends to move to full teacher registration. This contact with each service will allow us to confirm funding arrangements.
For those services that did not identify through the annual confirmation process that they employ a provisionally registered teacher and want to access this funding, they should email EC.Mentoring@edumail.vic.gov.au.
