21 JulInsurance and claims made easier for VMIA-insured Early Learning providers
If you’re insured under VMIA’s Community Service Organsiation (education) insurance program, you will soon have secure access to a portal where you’ll be able to see and manage your VMIA insurance and claims.
VIMIA will be rolling out the new portal to our Early Learning clients in late August. This video will give you an idea of what’s included.
Benefits of using the portal
- Manage your insurance needs online when it’s convenient.
- Get the documents you need when you need them, such as certificates of currency, policy schedules and policy history.
- And, submit claims and monitor claim progress.
How to register
In late August VIMIA will send you a welcome email and registration link with simple instructions on how to register for portal access and log in.
VIMIA are here to support you
Once you’re registered and have had a chance to explore the portal, VIMIA will be running online drop in sessions where you can ask questions and get a closer look at the portal’s features. A calendar invitation to these events will be included in your welcome email.
