12 NovMembers – please register or nominate your proxy for the ELAA AGM

A reminder to please either register online for the Early Learning Association Australia Annual General Meeting (AGM) OR if you can’t make it then to nominate your proxy. It’s vital that as many full members as possible either attend or nominate a proxy.

This years’ AGM will take place online only on Thursday, 18 November 2021 by video-conference at 6:30pm.

Full members of ELAA have voting rights at the AGM which entitles them to exercise one vote on all matters that are put to the members for a vote. This can be done by:

• nominating a delegate of the association to attend the general meeting of the Association OR
• appointing a proxy to vote on your service’s behalf.

Please note that all full members who attend the AGM will be required to email a copy of their Delegate Authorisation form prior to the meeting in order to vote.

If you are unable to attend, please submit an “Appointment of Proxy” form which gives authority to a designated person to vote on your behalf. The designated person should be an ELAA member otherwise you may nominate the Chair of the ELAA Board (COB) as your proxy to vote on your behalf.

Subscriber and associate members do not have voting rights however your attendance at the AGM is welcome and encouraged . Please register for the AGM via the link below.
