ELAA has published an information sheet ‘Reportable Conduct Scheme – Head of Organisation’ now available under Information sheets in the My Membership area of the ELAA website.
The information sheet describes the Reportable Conduct Scheme and the obligations of early childhood education and care incorporated associations to identify and in some cases nominate who the head of organisation is to the Commission for Children and Young People. The information contained is particularly important as organisations approach their annual general meeting with the potential for changes to office holders.
