04 NovNovember Award Updates – ELAA Wage Bulletins Available Monday 9 November
Please read for important information relating to rate increases under the Clerks Private Sector Award plus other changes to the Children Services Award 2010 and Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020.
Annual wage rate increases to the Clerks Private Sector Award 2020 (1.75% increase to wages) are effective from the start of first pay period on or after 1 November 2020. The Clerks Award Wage Bulletin with the new rates of pay will be available to ELAA members on Monday, 9 November.
Changes to the Children Services Award 2010, including additional non-contact time for Educational Leaders are in force from the first full pay period on or after 1 November 2020. ELAA will be releasing an update to its 1 July 2020 Children’s Services Award Wage Bulletin on Monday, 9 November. Please note, there are no increases to the 1 July 2020 wage rates for the Children’s Services Award.
Changes to the Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020, including minimum payments for casual teachers are effective from the start of the first full pay period on or after 1 November 2020. ELAA will be releasing an update to its 1 July 2020 Children’s Services Award Wage Bulletin on Monday, 9 November. Please note, there are no increases to the 1 July 2020 wages for part-time or full-time teachers.
