03 FebRespectful Relationships educator learning opportunity in Vic
The Victorian Department of Education and Training is providing up to 2400 early childhood educators in funded kindergarten programs with free professional learning on respectful relationships.
Learning outcomes from the sessions will include:
- integrating learning about promoting respectful relationships, positive attitudes and behaviours into teaching
- enabling children to build healthy relationships, resilience and confidence
- strengthened competency regarding family violence response and referral.
Sessions are available from February to June 2020 over selected regions in Victoria and some backfill funding is available to services to who send educators to sessions.
