07 NovShare the Dignity and help women and girls in need this Christmas

Posted on 07 Nov 2019

ELAA Preferred Partner, Bunnings, are proud to be supporting Share the Dignity’s “It’s in the Bag” campaign for the third year at all Bunnings stores, Trade Centres and Distribution Centres across Australia.  The campaign is a collection drive for handbags filled with essential items (things that we take for granted but are luxuries for some) which are provided as Christmas gifts for women and girls in need.

Last year the campaign collected and distributed over 138,000 bags!  Donations are distributed within the local area to charities and organisations who assist women and girls in need. This year, the campaign runs from Friday 22 November to Saturday 7 December.

To show your support you can donate a teen bag, a nappy bag or a women’s bag, or get together with your team to create a bag to donate.  You can drop your filled bag anytime during the campaign at the collection boxes in your local Bunnings Warehouse.
