As the bank that exists to serve the education community, we are proud to offer our support during this difficult period. We remain open as an essential service and we are doing everything we can to ensure our customer’s banking needs are met during these uncertain times.
Our thoughts are with everyone who has been, and continues to be affected during what is a difficult and emotionally challenging time. An assistance package is available to support customers financially impacted by COVID-19 and can include:
- deferral or reduction of scheduled home loan repayments for up to 6 months
- deferral or reduction of scheduled personal loan and credit card repayments for up to 3 months
- debt consolidation to help make repayments more manageable
- other assistance as needed.
