10 AugWorkforce Survey – thank you to contributors
We are very pleased to report that there were over 700 responses to the combined ELAA, Community Child Care and Community Early Learning Australia workforce survey. The survey asked about the pressing staff shortages services are experiencing as well as strategies used to attract and retain staff. The survey will also provide valuable information about the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the nature of staff shortages. The responses are being analysed and will inform a joint report to be released later this year which will inform our advocacy for a high quality and accessible early childhood workforce.
