ELAA presents a free information session with guest speakers Kathy Townley and Nick Church on workplace complaints and Reportable Conduct Scheme employer obligations. Both Kathy and Nick bring their expert knowledge and experience in the field of Industrial Relations as well as Human Resources within the Early Childhood Education and Care Sector.
This session will provide employers with an understanding of their responsibilities in working through workplace complaints; specifically allegations relating to bullying and harassment. Information will also be shared with employers on their responsibilities as part of the Victorian Reportable Conduct Scheme. Employers will also walk away with recommendations on how to work with employees through these often challenging and uncomfortable situations while remaining professional and adhering to the relevant policies and legislation as an approved provider.
