ELAA will be hosting a Member Support session with two guest presenters – Kathy Townley of Ideas2Outcomes and Nick Church of EC Workplace.
We welcome old and new committee members to join us for a 45 minute lunch-time session to hear about defining the responsibilities of Committees of Management and staff at your early childhood service.
This session will cover:
- The responsibilities and obligations of the CoM in managing staff
- CoM’s HR sub-committee
- The role of the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader
- Shared leadership
- Q&A
Kathy and Nick are ELAA’s Consultancy Partners and deliver ELAA’s Consultancy service. Their expert knowledge in the areas of HR and IR alongside their extensive experience in the early childhood sector will make this session extremely valuable for all the attendees.
