Are staff performance concerns arising? Explore solutions with our Managing Performance Related Concerns Resource (MPRC).

Issues of employee underperformance or misconduct may surface occasionally. Timely and effective resolution is in the best interest of both employers and employees. Developed in collaboration with the Department of Education (Vic), our MPRC resource is designed to assist you when addressing these challenges.

The MPRC resource provides valuable insights into topics such as:

  • understanding employee management in early childhood, differentiating between underperformance and misconduct
  • determining the appropriate approach.

The resource includes eight tools and contains fillable performance improvement plans, meeting records and template letters.
