ELAA’s website offers a variety of resources.

Our Policy Works Manual and Early Childhood Management Manual (ECMM) each have over 100 resources within them that can be adapted to suit the individual requirements of each user. If you have not purchased these resources, we recommend doing so as they are regularly updated and can dramatically reduce time spent on administration tasks.

Remember to log in when purchasing these resources as ELAA members receive a discount. Some free resources that are available from the website include:

Managing Performance Related Concerns (MPRC) Resource – Early Learning Association Australia (elaa.org.au) 

This resource guides employers in managing issues of underperformance and misconduct in the workplace, and builds understanding of industrial relations obligations.

The ABCs of CISS Practice Guide – Early Learning Association Australia (elaa.org.au) 

The Practice Guide has been developed to address the key questions early childhood teachers, educators and leaders need answered to be able to participate in the Child Information Sharing Scheme (CISS) with confidence.

BudgetWorks v4 Manual – Early Learning Association Australia (elaa.org.au) 

BudgetWorks has been developed by ELAA to support Early Childhood Education and Care services with developing early childhood programs and balancing community demands with industrial, funding and regulatory requirements.

ModelWorks v4 Manual – Early Learning Association Australia (elaa.org.au)

This manual has been developed by ELAA in conjunction with the Victorian Department of Education to support Early Childhood Education and Care services with preparing for funded kindergarten expansion across Victoria, specifically three-year-old kindergarten service provision.

Employee Management and Development Resource – Early Learning Association Australia (elaa.org.au) 

This resource has been developed by ELAA to support Early Childhood Education and Care services in the ongoing management and development of their employees.
