From time to time, employee poor performance or misconduct can occur. It is in both the employer’s and employee’s interest to address issues of underperformance/misconduct promptly and appropriately.
Developed in conjunction with the Department of Education (Vic), our Managing Performance Related Concerns (MPRC) resource is here to support you.
The MPRC Resource guides users through informative topics, including understanding employee management in early childhood, the differences between underperformance and misconduct, and how to determine what approach to take. Eight tools are included in the resource, including fillable performance improvement plans, meeting records and template letters.
