New live ECEC provider forum with Vic DET and ELAA specialists

New protective clothing and vehicle allowances for teachers in VECTEA July update

ELAA has published an updated wages bulletin reflecting new protective clothing and vehicle allowance rates for early childhood teachers under VECTEA 2016 following the Fairwork annual wage review. Worksafe Vic advises large fines now applicable for employers not reporting COVID-19 cases

Effective leadership across all levels impacts quality of service

ACECQA recently commissioned Macquarie University, in partnership with Queensland University of Technology and Edith Cowan University, to conduct research on the drivers of quality improvement. The research found that genuine and sustained quality improvement is a shared responsibility, with approved providers, service leaders, educational leaders, teachers and educators all playing a vital role.
