Coronavirus and frequently asked questions

We have all been affected by the current Coronavirus emergency and there has been an enormous amount of communication regarding the virus – both in the news media, social media, and early years sector communication channels – a lot of which is useful although some inaccurate. The amount of information, however, has been somewhat overwhelming. ELAA has now published a Coronavirus Frequently Asked Questions page on the ELAA website.

Financial support for trainee teachers in Vic

Now is a good time for anyone considering commencing or upgrading their qualifications to become an early childhood teacher in Victoria. With 4000 new teachers needed to service the rollout of three-year-old kindergarten in Victoria, the government is offering generous incentives including scholarships.

Federal Government commits to developing Indigenous early childhood strategy
